I discovered this one yesterday morning. While patrolling the company parking lot early in the morning, line your shadow up with that of a stop sign, throw your arms up and exclaim "My head is a giant octagon!" Hilarity will ensue.
as a person who is almost always stuck in a childlike state of easy amusement, i have tried this with more objects than stop signs including lamp posts, parking meters, ect... whatever i happened to pass at the time. you're right. its amusing, even if no one else would appreciate the humor too much..
At least you have cats. I'm living alone at 26, (27 in a month.) My ease of entertainment spirals upward in proportion to my age. Did you know if you throw buttered bread up in the air it always land butter-side down?
Just remind them their country is as big as most of our smaller states. ;) We have sub-cultures with bigger populations than their nation. Huh what am I talking about? I'm not even American, you guys are rubbing off on me, hehe.
My father is British. I've been a few times. He is from a speck on the map called Corby. I've had a few friends who lived there as well. But your writting is very entertaining, and I look forward to your posts, you've a very capturing quality to your writting.
