Questions asked by [livejournal.com profile] batchix

Hmm... let's see here...

1. If you could play any part in any movie, play, tv show, commercial, whatever what would it be and why?

Well, I actually got to have my wish here when I portrayed Jim in a production of Tennessee Williams' play "The Glass Menagerie." Beyond that, I would love to play either Hamlet or Macbeth. I don't know an actor who wouldn't dig an opprotunity to do those. If I were in a movie, I'd love to play a really memorable evil henchman, one who's so neat he upstages the main villain. (think Oddjob from "James Bond," The Twins from "Matrix Reloaded," Boba Fett, etc.)

2. Sum up your philosophy on life in 20 words or less.
After much thinking, I've decided to let a scene from the movie "Demon Knight" sum it up for me. Stage directions DO NOT count against the 20-word limit.

Irene has lost her arm in a battle with a group of demons, later she is cornered by the devil's emissary who offers her the restoral of her missing limb as well as everything she's ever wanted if she only agrees to serve him. After staring at him for a moment, Irene extends the bloody stump of her arm.

DEVIL: Is that a yes?
IRENE: No. That's me giving you the finger!

3. What's your most vivid memory of being a small child?

There are so many, but a defining one was seeing "Transformers:The Movie" in the theatre adn watching Optimus Prime die. It was the end of my childhood innocence.

4. What was your initial goal in life and how has it changed now that you're an adult?

I originally wanted to be an astronaut, but then I realized that astronauts don't really get to live on other planets and fight aliens. Now I'm an artist, actor, and a writer and I get to live on all the planets and fight all the aliens I want.

5. If you had been brought up a different religion do you think you would have wanted to become a Christian?

That's a tough one. I honestly think it would depend on the religion. I could see myself very happy as part of a tribal/shamanistic faith, but had I been raised in one of the other major religions (Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism.) I think my nature would've inspired me to eventually seek out something different.

Here's how it works.
1. Leave a comment saying you want to be interviewed.
2. I'll reply and give you five questions to answer.
3. You'll update your LJ with the five questions answered.
4. You'll include this explanation.
5. You ask other people five questions when the want to be interviewed. And it just keeps going, and going, and going.......

Okay I think I've got it...

1)You have an opprotunity to walk away from every mistake you've ever made in your life and start completely anew. Do you think you'd make the same mistakes over again? Why or why not?

2)Continuing with the theme of 1), if you needed to fake your death, how would you do it?

3)If you could spend a day in the body of any one person alive on the earth, who would it be?

4)What would be the one thing you'd do if you couldn't be an artist?

5)You are sentenced to live eternally, but comfortably, in one normally uninhabitable environment. Do you choose a) the depths of space b) the depths of the ocean c) the heart of a volcano d) the heart of a star?
