I am really sorry that the girl you're crushing on/stalking/obsessed with doesn't wuv you anymore. Unfortunately, it's not my problem. Please go away and stop bothering me. You keep setting up dummy accounts to spam my journal with, I'll just keep right on blocking you and reporting it as spam. Oh, and I'll keep saving the notification emails until I have suitable grounds to file harassment charges too.

Nobody likes you. Everybody hates you. Go eat some worms already.

bah. this is Tyree Space.

gah. dont let any maggot bother you into having to waste your journal space telling people to leave you alone. Some people either need a job, a constructive hobby, less time on the internet or all of the above :/

But I blame you for (Problem X) and I hate you and wish you had cancer Tyree!!!

Trolls are funny. I had once once. I started treating him like an animal kingdom special and gave a lot of Croc hunter comments.

I wouldn't sully the croc hunter's good name with comparison to this cretin. I've never met this dude, but I'm seriously starting to think he's got a few screws loose.

Thank goodness I added this icon

I am not popular enough in LJ to have ever had (or currently have) a troll. I guess I should feel lucky.

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] batchix. The troll boy has it coming to him. I give him two fingers.

you could always just get his IP and give it to the mod at LJ then whenever he wants to Troll you, he'll have to do it from the public library. Make him work for it I say.

I will. You have to realize I've never even thought about having to do any of these things so I don't know how they're done. But I am going to take every measure to make his harassment of me as difficult as possible.

Why do you think I don't allow anonymous or non-friends to post in my journal? ;)

I had this happen once, and that was it. Now if you want to troll, you have to work for it.. or .. just harass my friends. I also have it enabled to record IP addresses .. I'm paranoid, sure, but that is why these functions exist.

Who is this guy, anyway?

Good grief. Hated for being christian? There are good christians tooo you know... Just cause most of the vocal ones are rabid jerks, and losers like Terry Fox does not mean they are all bad.

Yeah. I was warned of what he was like for a long time, but when I finally encountered him he surprised even me. He does for pagans what fundamentalists do for Christians. One minute, he's lambasting Christians for telling people they're going to hell, the next he's calling me a liar and false Christian for NOT telling people they go to hell. He even proselytized. Told me I needed to quite believing in my "false" god and come believe in his "real" ones.

You know, I happen to believe that the real deity(s) are male and female, balanced, but I also realise that that belief will never be given value unless I give others the right to believe theirs in return. Yes, personally I truely believe that if they start teaching creation in school I will pull my son out and home school him rather than see him tought a christian belief of the beginning of the world, no, I don't think that no one should have the personal right to pray in school. Just not state sponsored and required, thanks.

I agree. Mandatory prayer to a particular religion is bad, as is creationist doctrine of any particular religion. I think religion *does* need to be referred to in its cultural contexts for teaching history, social studies, art, etc. - and there are sadly people out there who don't want it mentioned even for that.

I could care less how other people believe in god(s). I know what I believe, but my life experiences are different from others' and I probably couldn't change the beliefs of someone else even if I wanted to. I've never proselytized to anyone. If it comes up, I just tell them what I believe and let them make their own decisions about it.

You have that right. Now you ever go evangelical Southern Baptist, we will have to talk... *sharpens her daggers, all of them* My brother is quite bad enough. I think he still openly dispairs of my soul, and has totally given my sister's up as lost. Though I read a funny in the little religion version of Dear abby in the paper... I think the guy worded it badly. The way he replied to the question asked very much said that you could sin all you like, as long as you believe in the Christian god, and still go to heaven. You don't have to ask forgiveness, just go and sin all you like, cause of the crucifixion. Now something about that just strikes me as a bad bad oopsie of a preacher...

That was the logic Rasputin used! And I'd hardly like ot think of him as an exemplarary Christian. You don't have to worry, Cat. There's not enough tea in China to make me go Southern Baptist.

As long as schools allow christians to talk about and celebrate their religion as much as they let anyone else talk about and celebrate their religion, then I dont care. What I get tired of is how the districts seem to want to play down christianity because it might offend the muslims, bhuddists, pagans, wiccans, jewish, (insert other religion here) people. But all other religions can be discussed, and their followers can wear their religious symbol. I had a parent offended because I wear a cross necklace every day. This same parent was wearing a star of david...why is mine more offensive?
It doesnt have to come into the curriculum (i.e. creation), but dont punish a teacher because he/she calls winter break "christmas" break. If he/she is going to celebrate christmas over the break, then it is christmas break for him/her.

Date: 2004-11-18 01:58 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] catlin.livejournal.com
Our school season no longer celebrates any set seasonal breaks as holiday breaks. Winter break is that, Spring break is that. Spring break has no tie in to easter holiday, Winter break follows the full time frame of several holidays, not just christmas. The kids get off for most Legal holidays, ie Martin luther king day, but not always on that day, just that the School may put the one day a month they give for inservices to that week. As to preference to all besides Christians, we don't see that here. But than it is a small town, in the bible belt. They are working to de-emphasise Christianity in the schools over all yes, but not by restricting personal freedoms. The teacher can have his christmas holiday dueing winter break, and wear his cross, but not tell a child that it is a symbol of God, only that it is a symbol of his faith. The same goes though for a star of david or a pentagram. People can wear what they wish, as long as they tell the children it is something of their faith, rather than say it is something of God. It is a subtle line, but a true one. Telling someone that it is a symbol of God would truely confuse a Muslim child, or a Jewish child, as they believe in the same God, but their faiths say that their symbol is a moon, or a star. Yet a Cross is a symbol of the christian Faith.

And why does he think its ok for him to talk about/believe in his religion, but not for you to talk about/believe in yours? Intolerance makes me grumpy. When someone can give me absolute proof...hard, scientific proof... that their religion is right and mine is wrong, then they can pop off all they want. Until then..I will let you believe what you believe, and you let me believe what I want to believe.

This guy is a real piece of work, that's all I can say. I've looked at his website before I found out I was his archenemy, and reading it you get the impression that he generally believes the world was an idyllic paradise until Christians came along and invented war, poverty and disease.

its fun to point and laugh at people

so the Green Warlock has an archenemy huh? at least he didn't say nemesis. Doesn't nemesis denote being on some sort of equal level of wits or talent(an opponent that cannot be beaten or overcome)?

Some people seem to only feel worthwhile or justified if they've convinced themselves they've got an enemy that is constantly worrying about their next action/retort the way they're constantly worried about the imaginary "enemy". In short, some people have to make themselves feel important because they know they AREN'T.

Yes, a nemesis denotes an actual challenge. When I think of an archenemy, I think of (besides a death metal chick with big boobs,) a really pathetic Legion of Doom-style supervillain. I can just picture him in a ridiculous mask, gloves, and a cape ranting about how he will soon DESTROY us! But seriously, this guy with his religious fanaticism is more like a wannabe cult leader, telling people he assosciates with who they can and can't be friends with, who they can and can't date, what religions they can and can't associate with, and how his gods are the only true ones and they must be worshipped the way he says. If he had some guns and a twenty-acre compound in the wilderness, he might actually be scary.
