[livejournal.com profile] skynock, [livejournal.com profile] stitchedsutures, and [livejournal.com profile] damonite have already bared it all for this strange survey. The least I can do is join them in their nude revel. (I call dibs on the guy with the goatee!)

Body Politic (Unclothed)
Head, Neck & Face

Eyes - Blue. Lesley says they turn grey when I'm angry but I haven't had this corraborated.

Mouth - It's a good mouth for cutting a decent sneer. My teeth are crooked, but healthy and not unattractive.

Scars - I have two on my face from surgeries to remove recurring cysts. One in the middle of my forehead, another on my right cheek. I fear I'll sadly have more in the future since I've got a couple more of the little epidermal time bombs just waiting to go off someday. It's a painful, embarrassing problem and I'll probably be a good candidate for cosmetic surgery in a few years.

Ears - They are big, but so is the rest of my head so on me they look normal-sized.

Complexion - Slightly ruddy, but a nice, healthy shade. Very oily, which is the curse of my family and the source of the aforementioned affliction.

Torso
Shoulders - Broad. I'm somewhat vain about them. My trapezius muscles start looking nicely intimidating when I've been steady on a workout plan.

Chest - Average. Like my shoulders it develops nicely, but I never seem to stay with the excercise long enough to get it where I want it.

Stomach - To quote author Frank Herbert when describing a painting someone made of his villain, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, "his paunch looks as they it could devour a world." I'm kidding, it's not that bad. But you can tell I pack away the carbs.

Back - I have no idea. If you see it, let me know what it looks like.

Sides - They pretty much do what the stomach does, now don't they.

Scars - None to speak of here, thankfully.

Legs - I think I've got decent legs. They're pretty long.

Arms - Again, if I work out they look good, but I've usually got good forearm strength anyway from playing guitar.

Feet - I develop painful corns on the outside of my right foot and nothing I seem to do stops them from recurring. One of my many physical curses, I guess. Other than that, they're pretty callused and rough but they don't look bad on casual inspection.

Hands - Slender with prominent tendons. The guitar playing calluses on my left hand are getting to the point where I could use them as a weapon and go Freddy Krueger on your ass.

Scars - A few minor dings on my arms from falls on bikes and inline skates. There's an odd scar on the inside of my left ring finger that's been there since I was a child and I have no idea where it came from.

Body Politic (Clothed)
Face - I find facial hair uncomfortable and it causes me to break out anyway so I go clean shaven. If I had my druthers, I'd wear venetian carnival masks as part of my daily attire. As you may have surmised, I do not, in fact, have my druthers.

Body - Around the house, I wear tees from my old Parks and Rec job. Steppin' out I favor my longsleeve metal band shirts or my LEgend of the Five Rings tees. My poet shirts are an occasional treat.

Legs - Blue jeans or black slacks.

Feet - Hiking boots, doc martens, or leather office-casual shoes. I love leather and boots.

Head - Usually bare. Went through a big hat phase many years ago but that's pretty much over.

Outer - A green parka that makes me look like James Sunderland from "Silent Hill 2" in the cold weather. Autumn and early winter sees me in a green military trench coat I've had since I was sixteen and which has held up remarkably well. I also have several jackets I purloined from my last security job, but they're more souveniers than actual attire.

So that's my body and what's on it at any given time. Do with this information what ye will.
