Writer's Block: Too scary!!

Loud noises. In kindergarten my class rode on a float for a parade. No one told me there would be a jet fighter flyover to begin the parade and the sonic boom terrified me. I was scared of anything loud for years to come. If my constant blasting of heavy metal music is any indication, I seem to at some point have gotten over this fear.

I was the same way as a kid. I don't remember it, but I guess my family had to leave a parade early once because I pitched an epic fit over the noise from the jets.

my younger neice is terrified of loud noises. She freaks out when motorcyeles ...exist. Oddly, she has a deep deep love for helicopters.
