Well dad went to look at a house that was being shown last night but could not find it. I don't want to sound pessimissic, but I think things are reaching that stage of quiet desperation. We really *need* to get this house thing taken care of. My mom's been offered a good job and she can't take it if we don't have a house. *grr* I never imagined it would be this hard. Everything's either great but run by untrustworthy landlords, great but out of our price range, or great, but a size too small. Mind you, I was only supposed to have dad with me two weeks while he looked for a house. It's going on three months. Don't misunderstand, I'm not mad at him. I just wish we could get this thing taken care of. My lease ends in October and I'd like to have my living arangements set up by then, you know? Weariness. To bed I go.

as one who just in the last couple weeks finally had my living situations solidified, i feel for you. it'll work out though. Just let me know whenever you want to start looking for the car. You won't be left hanging.

Thanks, friend. Knowing you've got my back is a great comfort. Like I said, as soon as the house happens, I'll let you know and we'll tackle the car in earnest. Things are getting a bit hot in here as far as how much longer we can wait on the house. I'm not *really* worried yet, just starting to tense up. But it will work.
