Couldn't get to sleep last night for some reason. Then when I finally did get to sleep I kept waking up. When I did sleep I had very immersive dreams, one of which was about LOST.
I dreamt that Sun was assassinating people on Ben's orders. Except she was going back in time to do it. Apparently I was assigned as her "ride along" or something. All the men she was supposed to kill were accompanied by things that looked like Silent Hill monsters that apparently only she and I could see. We offed a couple, but then one of monsters killed her. I was like "whoah, didn't see that one coming."
Then I found myself accompanying Jin, who went forward in time to intercept Sun on one of her hits. He wound up shooting her in the back and killing her. Apparently her killing that man was what set off the chain of events that led to her getting killed on her earlier mission. So by killing her, Jin actually prevented her ever time travelling at all and thus saved her life. That was the theory, anyway. I didn't get to stick around to see if it worked.
Given how freeform my dreams are and how confusing time travel is, it's odd that my mind was able to construct a scenario with that much internal logic, regardless of how well it would work in "real" time travel.
In case you're wondering, I haven't seen the Lost premier in its entirity yet so no spoilers.
The tiredness is catching up. I've been pretty peppy all morning, but now I'm starting to feel the lack of sleep.
