Halloween humbug

uberreinigerI have just not been able to get excited about Halloween this year. Maybe it's because it's weird and falls in the middle of the week, or maybe it's because for the first time in a long time I have the night free and as a result don't know quite what to do. Whatever the reason, I just haven't gotten very excited. Mel and I are staying in tonight and watching movies. Anyone who's in the area and wants to show up is more than welcome to.
Is anybody out there going to a titty-baring equinox bonfire orgy dance-type thing? Everybody talks about these things but nobody ever delivers. If you're not going to one, then make up a tale of one anyway and post it. It's the holiday of make-believe after all and I demand to be entertained. I'll accept made-up stories about handing out Jack Chick tracts to trick-or-treaters as well. I had neighbors as a child who did that.
So happy day before November 1st. Spend it well, if not too wisely.
