Awake and quiet

It's been a nice two days off. I can't believe how much I've needed it. Which is sad because I only worked three days since the last one. I could go on and on about how bad Void Circle Pharmacy's perscription insurance program sucks, but I don't feel any desire. Let's just say that they don't make it easy for employees to get their perscriptions. One more reason to get the hell away from them.

Today I went out to get groceries and that's about all I've done that's useful. I've slept a lot. It's been nice. Since I have to call my doctor's office tomorrow and get them to tell my insurance why I need my drug, I'm going to set up an endoscope while I'm on the phone. I figure may as well.

Just to ease your mind a bit (if you're worried much at all), endoscopy is a very harmless procedure. I haven't had many tests done in my life, but that one was definitely benign. And over quickly.

I'm more worried about finding out whatever's going on in my gullet will require expensive longterm care. That just means I'll have to keep this job longer for the benefits.
