Can't they leave "Matrix Reloaded" well enough alone? On MSN tonight there's a headline "Why does the Matrix video game suck?" Of course, the writer couldn't resist mentioning that the movie sucked too. With only one exception, every one of my friends dug this movie and frankly I did to. Aside from having one of the best sequel "twists" since Empire Strikes Back, it was just damn fun to watch. In the words of the mighty Henry Rollins: "If you disagree that's fine. You're entitled to your opinion... You're wrong."

That's not what I got on here to talk about, however. I meant to talk about the bizarre things that keep aflicting me. I developed a sore on the roof of my mouth last night. It came from I know not whence. Maybe it's just empathy pains for lilgothgirlie 's recent oral calamaties or maybe it's from those Quik Trip sandwiches I ate last night. Or it could just be one of the sores I get along my gums when I'm vitamin deficient, just in a different place. For now I'm using my old stand-by remedies of vitamin tablets and mouthwash. They usually do the trick. Hope they will continue doing said trick.

Getting out of the shower tonight I noticed two long scratches going from the center of my chest down my left side. These also have an origin I cannot pinpoint. Granted in all liklihood I just scrubbed too roughly with the washcloth but maybe it and the mouth thingy are attributable to demons and/or ghosts. It would make more sense than a selectively-toxic Quik Trip sandwich. *shrug*

My ex-lover Carie called me up today quite shaken to tell me she's having kidney problems and has to have an MRI on Monday. It all sounded pretty painful and I'm worried for her. Not thirty minutes later, Adam calls me to tell me tonight's game won't happen because Amy's kidney infection has flared up again. WTF IS IT WITH PEOPLE'S KIDNEYS!?

The world is crazy. Sicknesses are crazy. My dad's coming up again to house-hunt this weekend. That's liable to be crazy. I want to go to sleep.

That's why I had my kidneys removed at an early age. They're just too much trouble to take care of.

Every one of your friends dug "The Matrix: Reloaded?" Guess I'm not your friend then. I thought it sucked. ^_^ It had its good parts, but overall it blew in my opinion. I spent $7 to see it, then about $8 on a big popcorn plus a big drink and was very upset. I only go all out on the snacks for what I think is going to be a good movie. To this day I wish I'd saved my money. No joke.
