The subject line is not a spoiler. It doesn't say anything about him coming back in the flesh, it just says he's alive. You've read the first book you know he's alive. If you've even heard of a book series called Harry Potter, odds are you know there's a guy called Voldemort who is bad and very much alive if somewhat the worse for wear.
