Now I believe in magic, I'll admit. But I also believe in stupid people. And it's clear which force is the real one at work here. But things like this are good because they promote dialogue about the issues! It's all about voters' rights, man! Like, are undead entitled to vote, being legally deceased? Can werewolves at the height of their lycanthropic cycle vote absentee?

If my 37th level paladin/ranger/bard dons a Girdle of Reverse Gender or is subject to a Polymorph spell, can s/he vote twice?

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go put on a tinfoil hat...

the polymorph spell will only allow voting twice if each form has a seperate voter registration and a valid id.

Okay, then, say I'm polymorphed into an orc and I destroy the voting booth and my ballot with my mace. Can I then pick up the shreded ballot and say that there's a hanging chad?

oooh, sorry, but the ballot being shreded like that will probably have caused multiple chad punches, and the ballot will be classified as invalid. bad orc. Should you still be an orc upon return of your ballot, they might *tell you* that they'll take it, but they're just afraid of you. they'll quietly toss it out when they're sure you've moved on to find ring-bearing hobbits
