dungeonwriter last night got me remembering my abiding love and appreciation of Savatage - one of the greatest metal bands of their generation. What's that? Never heard of them, you say? Sure you have. Nowadays they just go by the name of Trans Siberian Orchestra. And while they deserve all the success and fame that TSO has brought them it will always be their original incarnation as a five piece hard rock band from Florida that I will be cheering for. Here's some videos from their heyday.
