My new work location is working out a lot better than the last one. Having a boss who doesn't actively hate you makes all the difference. Sure the commute is completely unreasonable and the hours still suck as bad as ever, but I no longer find myself on the verge of walking out every day and for that I am grateful. Granted I haven't even been there a week yet and I may just not have had time to see the bad side, but for having to work these past seven days in a row I feel I can say I'm getting a good feel for the place and that it's better over all. But yeah, commute and hours. Still need a different job. One contacted me today and set up a preliminary phone interview for the day after Christmas. We'll see how that goes. Not getting my hopes up about anything until I have good reason.
