High point of the day: Going back to bed for a nap this evening.
Low point of the day: opening up my lunch bag while preparing for work to find the food container I'd left in there last week. Can we say "EW?" We're talking funkier than Bootsy Collins's dirty sock hamper.

As some of you may know, several of my local LJ friends are scampering like busy worker bees preparing for an orgy of meat and drink which is to take place at [livejournal.com profile] megiloth's house on October 25th. Unluckily for me, according to my rehearsal calendar, it looks like we have a performance of Dracula on that day! Considering it's a Sunday, I can only hope it a matinee or I shall be utterly put out! It's bad enough I'm already missing the Fear Factory concert on the night before on account of my live sound-running duties.

This morning is a follow-up doctor's appointment for the muscle aches I was having. I also get to spend it setting up a recording session for me and [livejournal.com profile] thanis_bloodsto to track the final soundtrack song. Why does everything always suck about Tuesdays? Has anyone else noticed this? If there are multiple annoying, unpleasant tasks which must be endured, they will always fall together on a Tuesday. All I really want to do is play Silent Hill 4 and work on my L5R care package that I'm sending to [livejournal.com profile] mellifera But NO! Tuesday strikes again! I swear by Hotei's tummy that someday, when I am retired, I will do NOTHING on Tuesdays except eat, sleep and masturbate, all of which to shall be done to excess!

With that thought in mind, happy Tuesday.

::EDIT::

Turns out the show on the 25th is a matinee! Game on!
