I am almost sick with vanilla. Somehow, some way, as I was leaving Dean & Lesley's I managed to get some sort of vanilla scent all over me. Must be some frilly froo-froo girly junk of Lesley's. I don't know how it got on me, but it's permeating my clothing and all over my hands. At first it was kind of nice, but now it's on the verge of putting me into a diabetic coma, the sweetness is so overpowering. Ugh!

Am not very fond of vanilla myself. Don't really like vanilla icecream unless it has a huge amount of chocolate topping, and definitely totally dislike the sweet vanilla smell. I can perfectly understand it makes you sick :-/

Believe me I do too, really. It's just an awfully powerful concentration. I found out it's from all these vials of candle oil she has lying around. Apparently coming within a foot of them gets you permeated. I now have the world's first vanilla-scented leather cell phone case! :)

If it's candle oil, I totally understand why it's a problem. that stuff is so strong. and it never goes away. but still...it's vanilla!!

I'd have to agree with elvinborn. I like vanilla. The taste & the smell.

But I can imagine if it was permeating the air too much, it'd get to me in a bad way after a while.

I'm another one who will scoff at your distaste of vanilla. I used to wear vanilla scents all the time. i still would if i hadn't run out and wasnt so lazy/cheap/forgetful to get more. Welcome Home. Sorry i cant chatter like i would like to with you about it right now. No working Messenger/Internet on my computer. I can only access emails if i can actually sign on.
