Well as long as you're going under you should have nothing to worry about until the painkillers where off, and then just lightly flush with water and try not to spit. You'll do fine. In all honesty, getting your wisdom teeth out has been built up to be more painful than it really is. Unless you get dry sockets at which point God help you, so I've been told :)
