Sunday, dreary Sunday

I've got a case of the Sunday blahs again. I hate this day, I always hate this day, and it usually seems to hate me back. It's just a blah day. Has been my whole life.
I'm going to my audition on Tuesday instead of Monday since I have a consult with the oral surgeon about my wisdom teeth on Monday. Don't wanna come home from the dentist, get five hours of sleep and then try to audition, then go to work. Call me lazy, I know.

The worst part about Sundays like this one is I never want to do anything. The time when you should create the most is the time when you feel like it the least, yet today it's just been impossible to overcome. I've had all day to write, draw, even play the stupid PS2 and I haven't done any of it. I did jam on the bass for about fifteen minutes, but that hardly counts. I need to get that copy of FruityLoops for my comp so I can start making full-fledged songs as it's hard to get motivated to practice when you don't have a band or a way to fully flesh out ideas on your own.

So that's about it. I'll feel better after tomorrow. I hate going to the dentist even though it's just a consult. But I suppose that doesn't need saying. Anybody out there actually LIKE going to the dentist?

A production of Arthur Miller's "All My Sons." It's a play set shortly after WWII about the family of an arms contractor coming to terms with the fact that he knowingly manufactured shoddy airplane parts which resulted in the deaths of U.S. soldiers. Very intense - and very timely given the number of deaths in Iraq resulting from equipment failure. I _really_ hope I get cast.
