The wait is over
Sep. 6th, 2003 02:54 amFor those of you I haven't told yet, my parents did get the house we wanted. Dad goes to sign the lease tomorrow (technically today.) Now comes the fun part: Getting them moved in. (You know I'm being drafted to help.) Getting me moved out, getting all our stuff transferred (phone, etc.) And now, hopefully, getting my car. With the exception of the car, all of this must be accomplished by the last day of September. Since I hate moving as I hate hell, all Montagues and thee, this is going to be like a month of dental surgery. But I just have to look at what I've already dubbed Tyree's Gaming Basement and at how swiftly my debts will perish once I no longer have rent to worry about for me to know that it is worth it.
Thanks to everyone for all your support and good wishes. It has helped a bunch. Stay tuned for Phase 2.
