It's a damn shame about the couple throwing the party.
It both angers and saddens me that gays in other countries cannot live in freedom the way Erik and I do. We are a threat to nobody, but even in this country the religious nuts are obsessed with us. You would think they'd have other things to concentrate on.
I'm just so sick of all the hate rhetoric, the attacks, the persecution of our brothers and sisters overseas. My fondest wish is that these people would just mind their own damn business.
After all, I don't care what goes on in their bedrooms.
