I am now CPR certified

Yep. After eight hours of training I can now theoretically keep you alive until the paramedics get there. Learning CPR is the most fun you can have squatting over a mannequin without filming a scat porn in Silent Hill.

But my legs and back HURT today. The training was a great experience but they really should have had us do warm-up exercises.
