You know that sexual and reproductive health education have failed in this country when you're in the drug store, you stop to inspect the rack where the condoms are, and discover that EVERY SINGLE BOX of condoms has a THICK LAYER OF DUST on it.

actually...there are a lot of things in grocery and drug type stores that get unpacked with dust on them. Sometimes I see them stocking can goods and there is dust on the cans. So maybe it isn't health education as much as poor packaging. However, if the condoms are expired, then I take everything I said back.

Well, I didn't pull them all off the rack and check all the dates. I mean, I love me my condoms, but nobody should love their condoms THAT much!
