Zoe and an interview
Sep. 11th, 2006 12:04 pmLate Sunday afternoon we took Zoe back to the emergency vet. They told us to bring her back if her diarhea continued and it showed no sign of stopping. But I think we have good news. This time they did a different test on the stool sample and found spirochete bacteria. Apparently this bacteria causes severe diarhea and prevents nutrient absorbtion. They gave us a three-day supply of medicine for her (and didn't charge us even.) After two doses Zoe definately shows of signs of improvement. Her coat looks a little less mangy and her energy level is going back up. Obviously it's still early yet, but the improvement gives us hope.
Thanks to everyone who has been sending well wishes.
As for my Walgreens interview, I honestly have no idea. The district manager was very hard to read. He said he had three other interviews today. Whether there's just one position and we're all up for it, I have no idea. But he said I would be called tomorrow morning with an answer. So we'll just see. And if I don't get it then I just start hammering away again. That's all I can do. You all will be the first to know.
