Anyway, Mel is at work so it's just me and the dogs down here in Electric Lesleyland. I've got hot clam chowder, cold root beer, perfect rainy October weather and a gigant-o-tronic TV to play video games on. The world may be filthy and not worth saving, but for now, for this one sweet moment in time, I am content to be merely a man. Or somesuch garbage. Let the games begin!

After Mel gets home tonight we shall revel in Asian horror until the wee hours and fill ourselves with leftover candy from the wedding which Lesley did not only give us permission to eat, but in fact ordered us to! Don't you wish you were us?

Actually, refrain from answering that question until the end of the weekend to see if we can make it through without a doggie accident, as we all know how my luck tends to run with those ;)
