30 Days of Music Meme - Day 2

I had to think about this because there are so many options: Anything by Christina Aguillera, anything by most country artists, anything by Vanilla Ice... But in the end I decided to think bigger and go with something that symbolizes everything about what I hated about an entire period of years.
Sublime were a band that summed up everything I hated about 90's music with their doofy white boy ska riffs and their inane druggie lyrics. And the sheer fact that you COULD NOT AVOID THIS SONG for a long, long time. It was everywhere. I didn't care for it the first time I heard it and loathed it beyond words the 300th time I heard it.
This band only got famous because they happened to be on the verge of becoming famous when their lead singer OD'd and died. Hey guess what? Not every singer in a band who dies of a drug overdose is Jim Morrison. We don't need to lionize them as such.
Best part of the video is where Tiny Lister (you might remember him from 80's pro wrestling and as the morally upright prison inmate from The Dark Knight) hurls the band through a plate glass window.
